Use grated or slicing in wafer thin slivers, cooked or
integrated with delicate extra virgin olive oil. It could confer a
superb look as garnishing and serving plates. Carefully wash
truffles to remove any dirt in running water.

| Conservation |
Carefully brush truffles from any dirt with a small brush, then
wrap them individually in kitchen paper and place them in a glass
container with lid (i.e. a glass container), to be stored in the
vegetable compartment of your
refrigerator, within 10 or 15 days.
Replace the kitchen paper every two days. |
