It exhales an intense aroma.

 

Useful  Information
Use cooked in wafer thin slivers and preferably
integrated with butter and Reggiano Parmesan
cheese.
Carefully wash truffles to remove any dirt in running water.
Fresh product to use as soon as possible.

Conservation
Carefully brush truffles from any dirt with a small brush, then wrap individually in the kitchen paper and place them in a glass container (i.e a glass jar), to be stored in the vegetable compartment of your refrigerator within 5 mor 6 days. Replace the kitchen paper
