As condiment for first i.e. pasta courses, rice, raw meats,
salads of mushrooms, omelettes,
escalopes, warm “crostini”. |
| Conservation |
Carefully brush truffles from any dirt with a small brush, then
wrap them individually in kitchen paper and place them in a glass
container with lid (i.e. a glass jar), to be
stored in the vegetable compartment of your
refridgerator within 5 or 6 days.
Replace the kitchenpaper every two days. |
