White Truffle ( Tuber Magnatum Pico )

The Product
Its surface is smooth and yellow in the colour, sometimes vergin on green, while the pulp varies from brown to pale hazelnut with thin light veins.
It exhales an aroma which is intense and extremely delicate at the same time.

 

Useful Information
To be used raw or slightly warmed, integrated with butter and Reggiano Parmesan cheese.
Before using: wash in running water.
Fresh product to use as soon as possible.

To Use
As condiment for first i.e. pasta courses, rice, raw meats, salads of mushrooms, omelettes,
escalopes, warm “crostini”.

Conservation
Carefully brush truffles from any dirt with a small brush, then wrap them individually in kitchen paper and place them in a glass container with lid (i.e. a glass jar), to be
stored in the vegetable compartment of your
refridgerator within 5 or 6 days.
Replace the kitchenpaper every two days.
